2. intake with symptom profile, drawing up contract and invoicing
3. counselling route with photos and textual report and notes
4. Email exchange with client/parents/representatives
5. possibly InterVision by e-mail with other counsellors
6. invoicing
7. final report


WHY DENKWONDER NEEDS THIS DATA
Denkwonder processes your personal details in order to contact you by telephone if you request it, and/or to contact you in writing (by e-mail and/or post) if you cannot be reached by telephone in the unlikely event.
In addition, denkwonder may use your personal data in the context of executing an agreement concluded with you, consisting of a Davis counselling programme.

HOW LONG DOES DENKWONDER KEEP DATA
Denkwonder does not keep your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realise the goals for which your data are collected. Your details will not be kept for longer than one year if there is no agreement with you.

SHARING WITH OTHERS
Denkwonder will only provide your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation. And with your permission, records can be shared with other professionals.

MAPPING WEBSITE VISITS
On the website of denkwonder general visit data is recorded, including the IP address of your computer and the time of request and data that your browser sends. This data is used for analyses of visiting and clicking behaviour on the website. Denkwonder uses this information to improve the functioning of the website. This data is made anonymous as much as possible and is not provided to third parties.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS
Denkwonder uses Google Analytics to track how users use the site and how effective the Adwords ads from denkwonder to Google search result pages are.

When entering into an agreement with denkwonder you consent to the processing of data. You have the right to inspect, correct or remove your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction, or removal to info@denkwonder.nl. Denkwonder will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.

Denkwonder takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized changes. The website of denkwonder uses a reliable SSL Certificate to ensure that your personal data does not fall into the wrong hands. Virus scans are also present on the laptop.
